Le Club is a drinking club for the social elite which was established by a famous triumvirate of drinkers at The Fox in Caterham on the Hill during the Christmas period of 2006. Paul Woods, Charlie Waud & Andrew Evans decided that a special drinking club, which focused purely on lashing and lashing hard, was essential as they continued their journey on becoming gentlemen.
It was decided that the membership was to be by invitation only and the selection of new members was to be decided by unanimous verdict from all current members of the Le Club hierarchy. Since the beginning, Le Club prides itself on being exclusive, and to date has only ever had 6 members.
Le Club meets 6 times a year, and outings include four seasonal meetings, a Christmas party and the most important date in the calendar - the AGM.
Not only are Le Club proud of being a great group of guys with exceptional social skills and an excessive desire for fun, but they also pride themselves on being well mannered and immaculately presented. Their most distinguishing feature is the iconic navy blue and yellow tie that the members receive upon acceptance into Le Club. This tie is the most coveted of prizes for any aspiring drinker and can only be seen when worn by lads of Le Club as they venture out on another night of booze, pillage and debauchery.
